While growing up without his father, Coach Lamb’s mother raised 5 kids by herself, 4 boys and a girl in the tough inner-city of Portsmouth, Virginia.  He had a dream of one day becoming a NBA player.  Although he never realized that dream, what was his greatest disappointment in life has now become his greatest opportunity in life.  Coach Lamb has turned the pain of that disappointment into his Life’s mission and purpose.  Motivating and educating athletes on how to develop character and find their true identity and purpose in life.

 

As CEO/Founder of A-GAME ELITE INTERNATIONAL, Coach Lamb has created a personal development company helping athletes and coaches achieve and maintain success in life and sports.

 

Coach Lamb earned his bachelor degree in Community Parks and Recreation from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).  He was drafted into the NBA and played 2 years in the CBA, which is now the G League, before embarking on his life’s mission educating athletes and coaches on how to be champions in life and sports.

 

Utilizing the A-GAME SUCCESS SYSTEM, Coach Lamb has trained countless athletes who have received thousands of dollars in college scholarships, including his own sons Zach Lamb who played and graduated from California State University and Jeremy Lamb who played at UCONN and was an NBA Lottery Pick in 2012 and now plays in the NBA.  Coach is the author of 3 books and speaks frequently across the country.
